BOOKING POLICIES
Please review the following policies before booking.
By scheduling an appointment with Timeless Beauty Lab, you agree to the policies below.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $15 late-cancellation fee.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you are running late, please reach out as soon as possible. Depending on the time remaining, your service may need to be shortened, modified, or rescheduled to avoid affecting the next client’s appointment.

NO-SH0WS
Please contact Timeless Beauty Lab if you are unable to attend your appointment. After a second no-show, a 50% deposit will be required to book all future appointments. Required deposits will be applied toward the scheduled service. Repeated no-shows may result in limited booking privileges.
All completed services and product purchases are final and nonrefundable. If you have a concern regarding your service, please contact Timeless Beauty Lab as soon as possible so the situation can be reviewed.
REFUNDS
HEALTH & SERVICE SAFETY
Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant allergies, medications, skin conditions, recent procedures, pregnancy, or other health information that could affect their service. Timeless Beauty Lab reserves the right to modify, postpone, or decline a service when necessary for client safety.
